Happiness is being well-informed, well-prepared & supported (and having a doting husband)

from the first time I met these two…I noticed how, well…how happy they are

and the next thing I noticed…

was how much this guy loves this girl

and how well he knows and cares for her

together, they became well-informed and well-prepared

and were in this thing together

smiling all the way…

they made informed choices

and kept smiling, through a birth with 4 nurses, two anesthetists and two doulas

they knew they tried it all…and kept the focus on that baby…

they named Houston…who daddy couldn’t wait hold

and dote on just like he does mommy
